We deliver all our clothing using Royal Mails Tracked and Insured Service and UPS International Shipping. We use this service to ensure that you definitely get what you've ordered from us. If any such situation that your order gets lost or damaged, you will receive compensation for what you've ordered from us.  

Can I return an item ?

If you wish to return an item, you can either exchange it for something else in our shop or if you don't see anything you like, you can get a refund.

 

What Can I Return ?

You may return any item you have bought from our shop except for shapewear.

• return items should not have been used,
• and in the same condition that you received them (including tags, labels etc).

 

How long do I have to return ?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,You can return any item that you have purchased within 14 Days from the date that you received it.

 

How do I exchange for something else ?
If you would like to exchange what you've bought for something else, you can do so by contacting us here or by visiting one of our shops here

 

How long does a refund take?
If you've not seen anything else that you would like, we will offer you a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Once we have received a returned item, then we will issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued. you will receive your refund within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
